I HATE this kind of skirt:

Do you want to be a mini skirt or a maxi skirt? PICK ONE. You can’t be both. It’s like going to the hair dresser and asking for the top half of your hair to be down to your waist and the underneath part to be a bob.

Only girls who want to jump on the trendy maxi bandwagon but who are too skanky deep down in their hearts not to have a little thigh showing wear this kind of idiotic thing. You just bought a skirt where the manufacturers were too cheap to make a full lining! Somewhere in an office building they are high-fiving and say “those dumb women will buy anything if you say it’s trendy. We just saved thousands in fabric costs!”
